  • The duration of our cleaning service depends on the size and condition of your home and any extras requested with the cleaning. With that being said, our average time spent is approximately 1-3 hours for a standard clean with a two-person team. Again, it is highly dependent on several factors so your home may take more or less time as appropriate. While we work efficiently to maximize our time, we also pay attention to detail. Rest assured, we won't rush through the job—our goal is to leave your home gleaming, no matter how long it takes!

While we strive to assign the same cleaner for each visit, there may be occasions when scheduling or availability requires us to send a different member of our exceptional team.   • For homes larger than 6000 sqft., we offer customized cleaning solutions to meet your unique needs. The size and specific requirements of larger homes may vary, and we want to provide you with an accurate and tailored quote based on your home's specifications.   • We are unable to clean chemical or biological waste (including human and pet waste); areas where our service providers need to lift anything above 30lbs. to reach; high-up places which require a ladder to reach; outdoor areas and non-airconditioned spaces (like the garage, patio or attic); construction cleaning; excessive pet hair; removing paint and other construction messes; inside of washing machines or dishwashers; bug removal; detailed carpet and floor cleaning (beyond sweeping, mopping and vacuuming); light bulbs and other lighting fixtures; odor removal and remediation (removing strong odors from animal waste, smoke, or mold). The reasons for these are primarily for the safety of our service providers and/or because it simply needs a specialist to handle.   • We put the total amount for the service on hold the business day before service. While this isn’t a charge and the money doesn’t leave the account, some banks will show this transaction as a charge.

    Since so much can change on the day of the service, like adding tips or additional services which may affect the final price of the cleaning, we only fully charge cards after the cleaning service is completed.
